Individual Exhibitors Terms and Conditions:
Subject to availability
1. Individual Exhibitors will be on an outside area, along with other individual exhibitors.
2. Spaces can only be guaranteed when full payment has been submitted.
3. A completed booking form must be submitted. Closing date (space permitting) is 14th June 2025.
4. Any vehicle arriving at the venue without their Vehicle Pass will be directed to the public car park. until a verification of payment and place has been verified. The vehicle must be located within the confines of the allocated pitch.
5. You can purchase passnger tickets at anytime prior to the festival. However, if you wish to pay on arrival on the day, this must be in cash only as we will not have c/card facitlities at the exhibitor gates. If you choose to pay by card, your passenger/s will be directed to the public entry gate to purchase them. The public gate opens at 10am.
6. Vehicles may be searched on arrival at the venue for any forbidden items.
7. No monetary refunds will be given. Tickets are not refundable (in the unlikely event the festival did not to ahead on the planned date and had to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances outwith Ideal Festivals Ltd control, your ticket/s will be validated for the new date)
8. The Scottish Festival of Motoring, and any staff acting on their behalf, reserves the right to refuse admission.
9.. No obscene material and/or display material and/or behaviour which could cause offence to anyone will be allowed.
10. The distribution of leaflets is strictly forbidden. No promotional material may be distributed or displayed on any of the vehicles. Your vehicle has been accepted on the grounds that it had not been modified to display livery at the festival. Reasonable sized sun strips are ok, however if in doubt, please contact us. Failure to comply will result in your car being turned away or being asked to leave the festival and you will only be allowed to enter again after 5pm to collect your vehicle. The distribution of commercial leaflets is strictly forbidden.
11. You are responsible for the cleanliness around your vehicle and all rubbish must be placed in the rubbish bins provided.
12. Generators are NOT allowed on the site inside. BBQ’s are not permitted.
13. Scottish Festival of Motoring is a private event and as such filming is restricted to non-commercial photography (still or moving pictures). Any photos taken or filming done remains the copyright of Scottish Festival of Motoring and as such by attending the event you agree that any and all photos/film be used by Scottish Festival of Motoring at any time without further communication. Commercial photography/filming for profit is forbidden without prior written consent and a fee paid.
14. The Scottish Festival of Motoring or RHC will not be responsible in any way for the loss or damage to an Indvidual Exhibitor vehicle or their property howsoever caused and assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event; including personal injury, loss, damage or liability
15. The Scottish Festival of Motoring is a static festival, no vehicles permitted to move during festival times.
16. No glass bottles, jars etc allowed on site. Any glass will be confiscated.
17. Dogs are permitted on site, however must be kept on a lead at all times.
18. Adverse weather ticket policy. In case of the festival being severely affected by adverse weather, please retain your ticket as a credit value may be attributed to your ticket.
19. No parking on any roadway – park only in the parking areas and in accordance with the instructions of the parking marshalls.
20. No independent sound systems are allowed on site.
21. Medical assistance can be found at the foyer area, located in the main Highland Hall.
22. Security will be on site at all times throughout the event to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable time. Their instructions must be followed at all times. Please contact them in any emergency.
23. No fireworks, chinese lanterns or aerial drones are permitted anywhere throughout festival.
24. The Scottish Festival of Motoring reserves the right to vary or amend these rules at any time without prior notice and to remove any visitor from site who does not observe these rules at any time without compensation.
25. By including your vehicle to take part at the festival, an image of your vehicle may be photographed and be included in any part of our website, promotional material and social media platforms.
26. Scottish Festival of Motoring reserve the right to change or amend the date or venue of the event, due to reasons beyond their control.
27. Scottish Festival of Motoring reserves the right to alter the show content at short notice.
28. By submitting your application, we will conclude that you and your members have agreed to the terms set out.
